what the fuck.
I’m at think, looking out the window, and in the room in the building across the street, there were these regular, bright flashes of white light for like, a minute or so, and it’s illuminating the room, and then they just stop.
Mad sci-fi shit yo. Maybe theres like, a time travelling terminator in there or something.

best albums of the year
as it’s coming to an end, I’ve begun to think of my favorite albums.
Not really ordered yet, and I’m sure there’ll be much to change, but it’s nice thinking about it:
Moscow Olympics - Cut the World
Boris - Smile
Los Campesinos! - Hold on Now, Youngster/We are Beautiful, We are Doomed
Cut Copy - In Ghost Colors
Blank Dogs - On Two Sides
Times New Viking - Rip...
omggg showsss
Shows are definitely the reason why I’ll never become a huge druggie/alcoholic/etc. They’re way too fun and cost too much money to spend it anywhere else ahaha.
Cut Copy has to be one of the funnest bands to watch.
And then tonight = MBV. Which is going to blow my fucking mind.
I can’t wait.
just a note for future reference:
Fiasco, Oct. 2 @ DBA
Okkervil River, Oct. 6 @ Webster Hall
Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Oct. 9 @ Public Assembly (aka Galapagos)
of Montreal, Love is All, Oct. 10 @ Roseland Ballroom
Elephant 6 Holiday Tour @ Knitting Factory
OR
Fiasco, Oct. 11 @ DBA
OR
Vivian Girls, Oct. 11 @ Silent Barn
Love is All, Titus Andronicus, Abe Vigoda, Oct. 13 @ Maxwells
Titus Andronicus, Oct. 18 @ Silent...
LIGHTNING BOLT.
EVERYBODY SIT DOWN.
HOLD HANDS.
AND WHISTLE.
fucking awesome.
The band’s going great.
We finally practiced the songs Eric and I have written up and they sound amazing live.
Can’t wait to play some shows and rock the fuck out of everyone in the room.
like.
I like tumblr.
I like this week.
I’m beginning to accept the absence of a bassist in my band, but 3 guitars, drums, possible keyboard, and vocals sounds badass enough in my mind. Fuck tha’ low end. I’ll drown you in noise.
Boris
fucking rules.
also, fuck lines to a venue. It’s a *music* show, not a fucking club.
/bitter about missing Crystal Stilts.
+ I like meeting new people.
Hello Tumblr!
This actually looks kinda decent.
I should go to bed now.
